None of the other Fenn Treasure sites out there give you any usable information. They all seem to keep any important insights close-to-the-vest. So, why are we giving you the clues that no one else is?
Well, long story…
It really comes down to two reasons. First, without going into too much personal-detail, I have a family-member who is battling some serious health-issues which makes it so that they need constant care and attention. I’m the only relative within thousands of miles who is available to take care of them, so that’s what I did, I left my career to look after a sick relative.
As such, I can’t really take a couple weeks off to go searching through the Rocky Mountains and Yellowstone National Park. In fact, I’ve only had a couple vacations in the last 16 years, and neither of those was longer than a couple days. So, even if I were to figure out Fenn’s puzzle, I still probably wouldn’t be able to go and get the treasure chest. So, my loss is your gain! Because…
Secondly, I’m a know-it-all. It bothers me tremendously to not know the answer to a puzzle. I’m getting to the point where I’d rather know the answer, even if it means that someone else gets the treasure.
Right now, the search isn’t really progressing. Precisely because no one’s willing to share any of the useful information. So, I’m going to try and speed things up, and let all of you in on some very valuable pieces of info (or deductions).
What do I ask? Nothing. But, if my information helps you solve the final piece of the puzzle, I would love the chest.
We do not ask for, nor collect, any personal information from you, and we would never sell it if we did.
We may implement a forum or mailing-list in the future, and as such, we may need to collect contact-information and other such info. If we collect any information such as this in the future, we would never sell it to any third parties.
Our advertising partner is Google Adsense, please see their site for the information that they collect and how they use it.
Please send any inquiries (or correct solves) to: info (at) fennclues (dot) com
You can keep all the gold and valuable artefacts, just send me the chest! That thing is stunning, and I would rather have it than all the gold on Earth. OK, I’d take the gold, sell it, and then buy a couple million even-better chests.
But, I think that’s fair. The gold is worth hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars. If I help you get it, all I want in return is the chest it’s carried in (and maybe a handful of gold coins or nuggets to help pay off the tax-bill that would come with the medieval bronze chest).
So, if you are tired of searching the web and finding absolutely nothing but useless tangents for all your clicking - this is the place for you! Finally a website that’s willing to give you useful advice, and worthwhile hints & clues to help you find Forrest Fenn’s Treasure Chest!
As Forrest himself said recently, the blogs aren’t of much help in solving the riddle, the good information is always whispered in hushed tones and only hinted at.
Well, now we’re going to hold a bull-horn up to it for you! Good (treasure) hunting!
